As an audience, we don't want sensible grown-ups who are consistently organised and execute plans in an efficient, well-thought-through manner. We want witless morons running about in a wild panic ordering chickens for chicken tikka pizzas or buying cheap Makro cheese to sell to the French, then screwing over their teammates in the boardroom in a bid to save themselves.
We want them to wear berets, fat ties and stupid braces. We want them to talk entirely in management speak and say things like "I am a salesman. We want the female contestants to be a mix of no-nonsense Ruth Badger with Debra Barr's killer death stare, sprinkled with Lucinda's Ledgerwood's demented wardrobe and Katie Hopkins's fluttery eyelashes.
For the guys, we want Pantsman Phil's deluded optimism mixed with Ben Clarke's ruthless self-promotion, all wrapped up in Michael Sophocles and Raef-style bromance and finished with a James McQuillan one-liner my favourite being "I can bring ignorance to the table".
We want people who are prepared to hustle, cheat and, if necessary, beg on their knees for Lord Sugar to give them the opportunity to flog Sky boxes in Brentwood.
We want obscure dinosaur impressions. PA Sarah Ann believes her loyalty, commitment and ability to remain calm under pressure are her best qualities and thinks that her skills and charm will outwit any of her competitors.
Camilla Ainsworth, 22, Lancashire Nut Milk brand business owner Camilla admits to being an adrenaline junkie and loves to try anything new and exciting; from skydiving to swimming with sharks. Brimming with ideas, he throws himself into new ventures and believes his positive personality and natural likeability will lead to success in the boardroom. If you're not your own biggest fan, who do you expect to be it for you? Kurran believes he has a keen creative eye and is confident he will cope well with "managing egos". He is inspired in business by his father who started his own airline.
Kurran gets irked by people who are out for themselves rather than working collectively for the team and gets especially rattled by people who lie. Rick says one of his best qualities is his confidence and assertiveness and that being able to separate business from pleasure means he is good at getting the best from others. He believes befriending all the contestants will set him in good stead but warns he is a "wolf in sheep's clothing" and will use this to his advantage.
